A national park fishing permit is required to fish in Waterton Lakes National Park. This may be purchased as a daily or annual permit. Annual permits expire on March 31 of each year. Fishing permits may be purchased at the Visitor Centre, Townsite Campground and at various businesses in the Waterton townsite.
